Scope and Definitions
These Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all bonus offers presented by Mmk121 on the Website, including Welcome Bonuses, Free Spins, and any promotional credits. They form part of the General Terms and Conditions and prevail in the event of conflict with any other promotional terms.
Eligibility and Account Requirements

Bonus Offers and Activation
The Welcome Casino Bonus available to eligible players is a 100% match on the first deposit up to $200. The deposit must be at least $10 to qualify, and the bonus is credited to the player’s balance upon successful deposit. The bonus is for casino games only unless stated otherwise in promotional terms and is subject to these Bonus Terms and Conditions.

Wagering Requirements
All bonuses carry wagering requirements of 35 times the bonus amount (not the deposited funds). For example, a $100 bonus requires $3,500 of eligible wagers before any bonus funds or resulting winnings become cashable. Wagering progress is tracked in your account and the bonus portion must be fully wagered before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
Wagering is calculated on the base of eligible wagers made with the bonus funds, and deposits do not count toward the wagering requirement except as otherwise stated in specific promotions.
Game Contributions and Restrictions
- Eligible games contribute toward wagering as specified in the bonus terms. In general, slots contribute 100% toward wagering, while several non-slot game categories may contribute at reduced rates or be excluded. - Excluded games include, but are not limited to, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, video poker, live dealer titles, and certain jackpot and high-variance games. Playing these games during an active bonus may not count toward wagering and may affect bonus eligibility.
Betting Limits During Bonus
- Minimum bet while the bonus is active: $0.50 per spin or equivalent.
- Maximum bet while wagering the bonus: $5 per spin or equivalent. Bets above this limit do not contribute to wagering requirements and may result in forfeiture of part or all of the winnings.
Expiry, Forfeiture and Cancellation
Bonuses are valid for 21 days from the date of credit unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms. If the wagering requirements are not completed within this period, the bonus and any associated winnings are void. The Company may automatically cancel a bonus if the active balance reaches a negligibly small amount, or in cases of suspected abuse or breach of these terms.
Withdrawal of Bonus and Winnings
Withdrawals may only be made after the wagering requirements have been satisfied. If you withdraw before completing the wagering, the bonus amount, any winnings derived from it, and the corresponding wagered amounts will be forfeited.
Maximum Winnings Cap
Winnings attributed to a bonus are subject to a maximum cash-out limit of $100. Any amount exceeding this cap will be forfeited and not paid out.
Promotions, Changes and Termination
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any bonus program or promotion at any time. Changes take effect in accordance with applicable law, and after reasonable notice, unless immediate action is required for security or regulatory reasons.
Excluded Territories and Eligibility
Promotional offers are not available to players residing in jurisdictions where such promotions are prohibited by law or regulation. The Company may require proof of eligibility and reserves the right to exclude players accordingly.
Abuse, Irregular Play and Compliance
- Promotions are intended for recreational players. The Company may investigate and take action against any activity deemed to be bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, systematic exploitation of a promotion, or fraudulent behaviour.
- Examples of prohibited activity include: consistent exploitation patterns across events, placing bets to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome, and using strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
- The Company may at its sole discretion restrict, remove, or claw back bonus eligibility, bonus funds, and winnings if such activity is detected.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
In the event of a dispute arising from bonuses, the Company’s decision shall be final. These Bonus Terms are governed by the applicable General Terms and Conditions and relevant law. Disputes may be escalated through the site's standard dispute resolution process where available.
