Sport Betting Rules
These Sport Betting Rules govern all wagers placed with Mmk121 on competitive sports events. They establish settlement standards, permissible bet types, and processes for events interruptions, postponements, or anomalies. By placing a bet, you acknowledge and agree to these rules and any updates published by Mmk121.
General settlement framework
- The outcome of a market is settled when the result is officially determined by the relevant governing body or organizing authority. If an official announcement states the result after normal completion, Mmk121 reserves the right to void any bets placed after the publication of that outcome.
- If a match is not completed and is decided by the referee or an official announcement, Mmk121 will settle bets according to the announced result. If the official announcement occurs more than 48 hours after the end of the event and undecided bets have been treated as undecided, settlement will stand as originally determined; bets on player specials are excluded from this rule.
- When a market is not determined within regular play, Mmk121 will settle the market after the normal duration of the event unless the market description specifies a different settlement point.
- Example: A market for Match Winner 1X2 is settled after the normal duration of play, including any extra time that is considered part of the regular duration. If the event proceeds to overtime and the market includes overtime, settlements for those markets occur after overtime completion; penalties are only considered if explicitly stated in the market.
- Events not started on time or postponed may remain open and bets remain valid if the new kickoff occurs within 48 hours of the original start time. If kickoff does not occur within 48 hours, Mmk121 may void the event and refund stakes. Events abandoned after starting and rescheduled within 48 hours may be settled according to the rescheduled result; otherwise, settled markets stand, and undecided bets may be voided where appropriate.
- Markets linked to qualifications or outrights (eg, To Qualify, Method of Victory) are settled as void if the match is postponed or abandoned and not rescheduled within 48 hours. If two legs exist, only markets in the postponed events are void. Short-term or long-term outrights remain valid until a decision is reached.
- Tennis exceptions exist: matches are kept open until a winner is declared by the organizing body, and the 48-hour rule may not apply. Retirement, default, walkover, disqualification, or abandonment will settle all determined markets and void undecided ones; if a player retires before the final point, the match winner market is void, while markets related to specific sets or games may be settled if determined.
- For American sports such as MLB, NHL, and NBA, if the game is not commenced or is abandoned and not resumed within the same local time zone day, non-decided bets may be void. Moneyline (winner) bets in baseball are settled as decided only when the game meets the innings thresholds set by the governing body; otherwise, bets are void. Other markets (Totals, Spreads, etc.) remain valid if not yet decided at the relevant thresholds.
- In case of a Mercy Rule or pitcher changes in baseball, pitcher-line markets are void upon listed starter changes; action lines may apply where indicated. Bets on pitcher lines will display the (PL) indicator; if not present, bets are placed on the Action Line and settled accordingly.
- Basketball playoff or multi-game formats settled on aggregate results follow standard rules: if a first leg ends in a draw and no overtime is played, the winner market may be void while other markets settle normally; ties in later legs follow regular-time outcomes and overtime results are ignored for settlement purposes.
- Settlement timing: the maximum interval between settlement and any subsequent re-settlement is 30 days.
- Markets that conclude at a specific minute (for example, end-of-match time determinations) are settled on the stated result; markets remaining undecided at the point of abandonment or stoppage are void, unless specified otherwise by the market description or governing rules.
Bet acceptance, cancellations, and dispute handling
- Mmk121 reserves the right not to accept all or part of a bet without providing a reason. If a bet is not accepted, the customer’s stake is refunded.
- Before an event starts, Mmk121 may void or cancel part or all of a bet, even after acceptance, for reasons including palpable error in event wording or odds, incorrect start times, or any risk-management considerations. After an event has begun, Mmk121 may void or cancel bets for valid reasons such as identical or closely related bets placed to circumvent limits, public announcements leveraged by the customer, or other material mispricing or technical issues.
- Mmk121 may cancel all bets on an event if there is a venue change or other radical alteration to event circumstances affecting the outcome.
- If fraud or manipulation is suspected, Mmk121 may unsettled specific bets, report to relevant authorities, wait for a ruling, and settle or void bets based on the outcome of those findings.
- In the event of a system interruption during bet placement, Mmk121 will examine funds availability and price accuracy; customers may be required to verify bets on their betting history page when the system is restored.
Video Assistant Referee and official decisions
Any decision by the Video Assistant Referee that contradicts the on-pitch officials’ final decision, or that retroactively changes the state of play at the time of bet placement, may render all affected bets void unless the market odds remain unaffected or were already accounted for at the time of bet acceptance. Unrelated bets will stand; where a VAR decision is deemed to have no impact on the market, settlements proceed as normal. Mmk121 reserves the right to reverse settlements if a later decision changes the settled outcome and is communicated before the match conclusion or the applicable timeframe.
Odds presentation and settlement timing
- Odds displayed to customers are shown with two decimal places on screen. Total odds are calculated using a sixth decimal place, while total winnings are rounded or truncated to two decimal places as applicable. Any discrepancy is a product of these rounding rules.
- The period between settlement of a betslip and any subsequent re-settlement may not exceed 30 days.
Match formats and scope of coverage
- Supported prematch and live formats include 2x25, 2x30, 2x35, 2x40, 2x45, and 3x30. For matches with total duration under 50 minutes or over 90 minutes, all markets may be voided. For the 3x30 format, halftime is calculated as total duration divided by two. Mmk121 does not guarantee outcomes in the face of unexpected format changes; such risk is accepted by the customer upon registration.
- Outright markets (short-term and long-term outrights) are subject to the Play-or-Pay rule: bets on participants remain valid even if the listed participant cannot take part, and are settled as losses in such cases. Head-to-head (H2H) markets are excluded from this rule; if any listed participant does not participate, H2H markets involving that participant are void. If a participant is replaced by another from the same team, team markets stand while individual markets for the original participant may be void.
Scoring and player-related bets
- Scorer markets include First Goalscorer, Last Goalscorer, and Anytime Goalscorer. These apply to regular time unless stated otherwise. Own goals as determined by official authority are treated as no scorer if the game contains only own goals.
- First Goalscorer is VOID if the designated player never plays or enters after the game’s first goal, except in the case of an own goal which is ignored for the purpose of the First Goalscorer market. Last Goalscorer is VOID if the player never plays. Player to score applies to any eligible player, regardless of entry time. Anytime Goalscorer applies to any participating player and is VOID if that player never plays.
- If a match is abandoned after there has been at least one scorer, bets on the first scorer apply and bets on the last scorer are VOID. Anytime Goalscorer for the scorer in question is settled as the winner; bets on other players are VOID. These rules apply to markets combining scorer outcomes with 1X2 or Correct Score, unless market terms state otherwise.
Dispute resolution and governing law
Any disputes related to betting activity shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law and regulations. Mmk121 may, at its discretion, offer remedies, adjustments, or refunds consistent with its internal dispute resolution policy and regulatory obligations. Customers may request clarification of any unsettled bets or proposed adjustments by contacting Mmk121’s support channel in compliance with the governing jurisdiction.
